For a limited time, you can grab one of our tiered room bundles—prepaid, nonrefundable nights (10, 15, or 20)—valid most days until Heavenly hangs up its skis (based on availability; blackout dates apply).

No more scrambling for peak-season stays or feeling FOMO when your friends score the last slopeside room. Your cozy Station House haven will be ready to fuel your snowy escapades all season long.

All passes apply to Cozy King rooms, with the option to upgrade to a Double Queen for an additional fee.

Decide which pass fits your plans: Green (10 nights) Blue (15 nights) or Black (20 nights).

Step 2: Purchase Online
Click the button below to buy your season pass. When prompted to select a date, simply choose any date as a placeholder to complete your purchase.

Step 3: Book Your Stay Dates
Once your pass is purchased, contact our reservations team to lock in your actual dates:

Step 4: Plan Ahead
We recommend booking early—availability is limited and popular dates will fill up fast. You can continue to book stays throughout the season as your plans come together.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK:

These room bundles are prepaid and nonrefundable.
Room nights can only be used between November 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026. Blackout dates apply.
Room nights are booked by calling or emailing the hotel directly.
Rooms are based on availability, so we encourage you to book in advance.
Reservations must be booked and fulfilled by the original purchaser. Only 1 room per night.
