Steaks Seafood Poultry & Veal Pasta For Our Friends Under 10

Menus. Couples who choose the Best Western Station House Inn Wedding Services can choose to have their rehearsal and/or reception dinner catered by LewMarNel’s Steaks and Spirits, our on-site restaurant.

The meal begins with complimentary cheese fondue and fresh baked sourdough bread and all dinners are served with choice of soup or house green salad and choice of rice pilaf, baked potato and twice baked potato. Each meal is topped of with ice cream topped with chocolate or raspberry-pear sauce for dessert. Choice of beverage (excluding cocktails) is also included.

Steaks

• New York Steak – 12oz choice, center-cut New York steak grilled over mesquite
• Filet Mignon – 8oz choice, center-cut filet, grilled over mesquite

• Halibut Steak – rubbed with blackening spice, topped with herb butter and grilled over mesquite

Poultry & Veal

• Veal Marsala – breaded and sautéed, with fresh mushrooms, in a marsala wine sauce
• Breaded Veal – lightly breaded and sautéed in butter
• Chicken Primavera– 6oz breast with sliced mushrooms, garlic, onion, diced Roma tomato, & strips of red bell pepper tossed in olive oil & wine reduction  [Top]

Pasta

• Primavera – made especially for our vegetarian friends with sliced champagne mushrooms, garlic, onion, diced Roma tomato & strips of red bell pepper tossed in olive oil & wine reduction
• Alfredo Carbonera – heavy cream, diced ham, grated parmesan cheese, diced roma tomato and strips of red bell pepper tossed over fettuccini
• Scampi Vicente – shrimp sautéed in olive oil with lemon and minced garlic on a bed of fettuccini, tossed in a rich cream sauce with mushrooms and grated parmesan cheese   [Top]
